Privacy Policy

Who operates this website

This website is operated by Hanif Arkian, Broker, Capital North Realty Corporation, Brokerage. It is an independent marketing website for Bayview Heights and is not the builder’s official website.

Information we collect

When you register, we collect your first name, phone number, email address and whether you are a client or realtor. We also record your submission time, registration reference, the form used, campaign parameters and click identifiers when present in the link, and your IP address for form protection.

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, provide project details and availability, arrange follow-up, and send information about other real estate projects and opportunities as described beside the registration form. Campaign information helps us understand which marketing generated an inquiry.

Service providers and storage

Hostinger hosts this website. Titan handles email delivery, Telegram delivers internal lead notifications, and Mailchimp manages contacts and marketing email. These providers may process information outside Canada, where it may be subject to local laws. Access is limited to people and providers who need it for these purposes.

How long information is kept

Information is kept for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, maintain an ongoing client relationship and carry out the purposes described here, or meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. When no longer needed, it should be securely deleted or anonymized. Limited unsubscribe and consent records may be retained to respect your choices. You can contact us to request deletion, subject to applicable obligations.

Your choices and requests

You may ask to access or correct your personal information, withdraw consent to marketing, or raise a privacy concern using the contact details below. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe option. Withdrawing marketing consent does not prevent us from responding to a request you make.

Cookies and external links

Essential session cookies protect the registration form. Campaign details may be kept in your browser’s session storage. This website does not currently use Meta Pixel or analytics tracking scripts. Links to Google Drive, Google Maps and WhatsApp open services with their own privacy practices.
